We do not guarantee jewelry, items shrinking, freshies melting etc. no exceptions will be made.
No returns on jewelry, hats, blankets, freshies or underwear.
Shoes must show no signs of wear.
You will need to return at your own expense. The merchandise MUST be returned within the 10 day policy. We will not issue an online store credit after the specified time--Do not attempt to return the items after the specified time or you will be responsible for the cost to ship it back to you. We highly recommend you use delivery confirmation when sending back your order.
No exchanges or credit on "sale" items. All "sale" items are final sales!

PICK UP: You have 7 business days to schedule a pick up with us. After the 7 days you will be refunded minus a 30% restocking fee. Use code PICKUP at checkout to avoid shipping charges.
